- Exchange Eligibility: We accept exchanges for items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Exchange Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, our team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in your TRUSO Account.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. In such cases, an opening video of the package is mandatory. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
